Choose meal plan

Our small company offers diets for athletes as well as for busy people who do not have time to cook but would like to eat healthy. As standard, we offer two nutritional plans – omnivore and vegetarian – in various caloric options: 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000. We can also choose the number of meals in the option of 3, 4 or 5 meals a day (the number of meals increases with the number of calories). What is more, our offer includes not only standard nutritional plans, but also as the only one on the market, we provide an individually fitted plan with a dietician’s consultation.

Omnivore Plan

Omnivore plan is a diet consisting of balanced meals containing meat products in order to fuel you to act. This is the most common choice of customers for daily nutrition. We use the best quality meat: chicken, turkey, beef and pork. We prepare chicken using the sous vide method, thanks to which the end product does not lose its aroma and nutritional value, retains vitamins, natural juices, and remains tender and juicy. In addition, we also make grilled, roasted or steamed meat. You can also choose from various types of additives, such as rice, groats, potatoes, pasta, vegetables etc.

Vegetarian Plan

Vegetarian plan is a set of dishes perfectly composed for those who do not eat meat. We offer the best quality fishes (such as cod, hake, smoked mackerel, salmon – fresh and smoked), shrimps – our specialty, vegetable proteins, eggs and dairy products, an abundance of vegetables and fruits, grains and plenty of fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. contained in unsaturated fats.

We only use healthy, wholesome and mainly Irish products (whenever possible also organic) from Irish suppliers. Meals are individually packed in boxes and foil – so they stay fresh for up to several days. Depending on the diet, meals are delivered 3 or 4 times a week to ensure that the customer receives the product of highest quality and freshness.

 

The dishes are various: breakfasts (e.g. omelettes, pancakes, granola, porridge with fruit), lunch dishes (e.g. soups, salads, wraps), dinners (e.g. chef’s specialty – fit chicken curry). Every week we create a new menu.

 

All dishes are fresh, delicious and healthy, prepared with the greatest care and with the highest standards of cleanliness. We have implemented rigorous HACCP quality procedures certified by the recognized international TUV unit.
